The food arrived hot, as scheduled and with a friendly driver. It was very tasty too (fish and chips) and good quality. Thank you!

I never received the delivery. I called the shop half a dozen times and it kept going to voicemail. I would like my money back for non delivery

The fish was overcooked and the batter was too hard to cut - I had to use a serrated steak knife. The fish was too thin and lacked taste and moisture. My disappointment was increased by the fact that I have had a good experience from you in the past. What went wrong? Please give me a refund, or deliver the perfect fish supper sometime this week, starting Saturday 28 February.

Hardly any chicken for the price and the small amount of chips were undercooked. The chicken was tasty but overall the meal was disappointing and overpriced for the size of the portions

I ordered a 500ml bottle of Coke Zero, but received a smaller 250ml bottle.

40 minutes earlier than requested.

There's no meal to rate as the chippy was actually closed despite accepting my order, charging me £24 and sending me an order confirmation and number! Absolutely ridiculous to accept orders when you aren't even open! Hoping I get a refund but seems unlikely as I've heard nothing since requesting one.

As always, Fountain Park Fry's fish supper is delicious. Generous portion, fabulous fish, and perfectly cooked chips - with super fast delivery ... perfection.

Carbonara was nice and hot however the pizza was luke warm . I would still return in future.
